• Missed sessions without prior notice may be considered forfeited.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide prior notice (recommended 24 hours) for session cancellations.
• Failure to provide notice may result in session deduction.
• Trainers may reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
